Prepare a detailed description or a link to a reference sheet of the characters you want me to draw. A quick doodle (stick figures are enough) explaining your idea is greatly appreciated !

I will examine your request and reply within 1 to 5 business days. Keep in mind that I may decline it for any reason.

Communication is done via email only

Once the main concept of the commission is agreed upon, you need to pay 50% of the total price upfront for me to start sketching. Payments are via PayPal only.

After agreeing on the sketch, I will finish the commission upon reception of the full payment.

I will keep you updated regularly at each stage of completion for eventual touch-ups. First 3 touch-ups are free, the following ones are 5€ each. So make sure to mention everything you need changed as precisely and as soon as possible !

I do not accept any major pose/clothes modification once the primary sketch has been validated.**

Delivery time is usually no more than a month, but may vary depending on how busy I am. I'll keep you updated if a commission takes longer than expected to complete.

I'll notify you once the commission is done, and will send you the HD file as PNG, JPEG, or PDF via e-mail.

In the unlikely event of me being unable to complete the commission and cancelling it for any reason, I will refund all previous payments in full.

If you decide for any reason to cancel the commission while it is being made, I will not refund the first payment, and will ask to be paid accordingly to the work that has been accomplished

Example : If you cancel a flat-color drawing when I've already completed the sketch, the total charged will be that of a sketch commission. Thank you for reading this far ! To prove you've read the TOS, please include the words "green apple" in your email.
